Technology Overview:

The EG software platform features flexible client server architecture, making programming and maintenance of the system extremely easy as all settings are centrally administered. This means settings are only needed to be programmed once and users can log into any client machine on the network and receive their own personalized settings based on their user profile. All features of the EG software platform are accessible from the client machines, such as live monitoring, playback, archiving, system programming, alarm management and electronic maps. The EG software platform utilizes a powerful MSDE database to collect all information, and transmits selected information to client machines as required. It is also used to store all video, audio and other relevant information for later review by an operator using a client.
